Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

All bookings pay a 50% non-refundable deposit, and the full balance

Is taken around 14 to 21 days before arrival.

1 night stays 100% non-refundable deposit.

If you need to make a date change to your booking more than 1 month before your stay an admin charge of £200 will be charged due to the rooms previously booked being off sale during your original booking period.

If you need to make a date change with in the 21days before your arrival then the full balance will be due.

If you cancel 21 days or more before your stay you will only incur a

50% charge, this is your initial deposit.

If you cancel With in 21days or less before your stay 100% of the booking 

Will be charged.

If you leave for any reason during your stay the full balance of your original

Booking will be payable.

All bookings are subject to management approval and can be 

Cancelled at any time.

We are a small establishment with only 5 rooms and unlike the large

Hotels we cannot absorb cancellation costs. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation due to Covid 19

If you have to cancel due to Covid 19, this now falls within our normal

Cancellation policy. Please read the above policy. So please make

Sure you have adequate travel insurance to cover any lose you may incur.

We advise this for all our guests who stay with us for any

Reason you cancel.

Please make sure you have adequate travel insurance in place!
