Cancellation Policy

All bookings pay a 50% deposit upon booking.

If you cancel 60 days or more before arrival your deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel within the 60 days before arrival your deposit is non refundable.

If the booking is cancelled 21 days or less before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made, and is non refundable.

However we will try and move your deposit, in all of the above circumstances, onto another date if at all possible.

1 night stays pay 100% deposit.

The full balance is taken 21 days before arrival.

If you leave for any reason during your stay the full balance of your original booking will be payable.

All bookings are subject to management approval and can be cancelled at any time.

We are a small establishment with only 5 rooms and unlike the large hotels we cannot absorb cancellation costs. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation due to Covid 19

If you have to cancel due to Covid 19, this now falls within our normal cancellation policy. Please read the above policy. So please make sure you have adequate travel insurance to cover any loss you may incur.

We advise this for all our guests who stay with us for any reason you cancel.

Please make sure you have adequate travel insurance in place!
